IMPORTANT NOTES

Applicants residing under the jurisdiction of this Consulate should select their applicable service and submit the exact Total Amount in Consulate General of India Hamburg’s Bank account. The transfer should be done at least 2-3 working days before submission of application in person and proof of payment should be submitted with applications. Payment should also be done at the counter of the Consulate through Debit Cards and in Cash.
While depositing the amount in Consulate’s Bank account, applicants should provide the following information in “Payment Description/Verwendungszweck” mandatorily: Name of Applicant or Firm; Application Reference No. (if available); Service Applied For etc.
